The Travel Chapter Owner Mobile App offers easy access to a number of key features from the Online Owner Account on the go. The app is designed to be simple, allowing you to see upcoming bookings for your property(s), your latest payments, current guest details, and easily find the contact details of your personal Property Manager and admin team. Difficult to see what this is costing. High commision rate and charges hidden from clear view.
Just never updated.
Limited information and often does not update bookings. Had 2 new bookings over a week ago and still not updated. Often closes for no reason. Doesn't give access to calendar and availability. No excuse really when many other big holiday companies have good owner apps.
Just downloaded the app but could not get past the first login screen. When I used the back button it gave me a page referring to payments made to me in September 2016. Needless to say, I have uninstalled it.
Its been a frustrating
This App is not fit for purpose. Continually have to reset password. Does not update bookings. Impossible to run an efficient business. Its like going back 20 years. very frustrating.
Not very good at updating bookings
Crashes on latest android version. Bookings are not up to date.
Inexplicably slow to update new bookings or changes to booking making it utterly unreliable. Logging into the owners page is the only option if you want something close to real time information about your bookings.
VERY unreliable, lots of bugs fails to update recent payments and bookings. This is vital information and should be such a useful tool but as it stands it's useless. Please do something about it as it's a pain to have to keep logging in to the owners website each time you want to look something up.
