The Travel Chapter Owner Mobile App offers easy access to a number of key features from the Online Owner Account on the go.
The app is designed to be simple, allowing you to see upcoming bookings for your property(s), your latest payments, current guest details, and easily find the contact details of your personal Property Manager and admin team.
Features:· View your latest payment amount and date· Summary of current guests and upcoming guests on your home screen for a quick overview· View full details of current and upcoming bookings including:o Arrival date and length of stayo Name, contact numbers, and address of the lead bookero Full names of all party memberso Party makeup details, including children/infant breakdown and breeds of any dogso View cost of accommodation and any additional extras required for the booking such as towel hire, dog fees and high chairs as applicable.· Make and amend owner bookings directly on the app· View the contact details of your Property Manager and Admin Assistant as well as the reservations team.Enhancements and bug fixes:PaymentsNew payments screen to view owner payments and breakdown of costs.Refresh bookingsRefresh button on the bookings page allowing full bookings data refresh.
